Returns

For all information regarding returns, please visit out Returns Policy Page. 

Please note the following when placing a return. 

• SALE items are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is not covered by Fan Fury.
• To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, with original tags and care packaging.

Please use the Contact Us Page form or email accounts@fanfury.co to get your return process started.

In your email please specify:

• Full Name
• Order Number
• Email Address
• Reason for refund and full description of fan to be returned

Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your return. If the return passes inspection we will issue the refund to the account from which you originally paid. Refunds can take up to 10 working days.
