Refund policy

Returns

All products purchased online may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund your item must show no uses of wear, with original tags attached and within original care packaging.

SALE items are non-refundable.

Please note - if you return your item and the above conditions are not met, we will be unable to offer you a full refund.

In your email please specify:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Email Address
  • Reason for Refund

Allow 3-5 working days from when we receive your return for us to process your refund. If the item passes inspection we will issue the refund to the account from which you originally paid. 

Refunds can take up to 10 working days so if your refund is delayed, please contact your bank for more information regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

Please note shipping is non-refundable.
